ADDERALL...my addiction story

Just sharing my story of how I went to a really dark place on this ADHD DRUG and how I found Breathwork which cleared my depression and got me off these meds.

Wonderfully raw open and honest, thank you. And what a journey you’ve taken yourself on! I’ve also had many times where I wanted to “leave”. I remember when you’re in the hole nothing looks bright. It took dragging myself out in to nature to break the spiral, although it seemed a huge effort, worked every time. I just started watching your breath work and I am beginning to understand it :-)

wow...this story is powerful....I got on Adderall when I was 19 in college...in the last year and a half I stopped taking it but I occasionally will take one when really needed. I believe it really brought me to depression/anxiety.

It lead me to psychosis was taking 2 or so a day. Very scary. It’s taking a long time to heal my mind and nerves.

Thank you for sharing.... hey I don't know why I didn't realize this until a couple months ago.... but I gained like 35 pounds once I got off of Adderall. How was your process getting off of it? How did your body react? I just remember yelling at my mom and I had never really yelled at her before like that....and it made me want to stop using the prescription. My mom is so sweet and I can't believe I was getting so angry with her.

Breathwork with Kamala I’m ok just had lots of stress the past year.. and had lots of anxiety. But I was scared psychosis would come back. But deep down I knew I was ok. But I only took it for a short period thank goodness!

Due to stress no weight gain. Anxiety kills my appetite.. but adderall made me angry too.. mostly made me stew in mind 24-7 about everything negative. I’m really working on letting my anxiety go it’s been close to 2 years ago now.. but what was your dosage daily?

I also hallucinated for 2 days after not sleeping for 4 days. Hallucinating and not being able to sleep is a place I never want to be in again. FInally went to rehab at 91 pounds and on the verge of a heart attack. Someone was looking after me.

I use to be hella addicted to the 30 mg adderalls and MDMA and coke. And when I look back at it, I was never 'there' I was gone. Like I cant remember a lot from the times I was doing uppers, neither the downer times. Overrall fuck drugs and alcohol. Weed on the other hand will always have a place in my heart

Have you compared adderall to adderall XR? I feel like the regular adderall would be better for me considering I only have night classes

yeah the instant releases only last about 6-8hours. (the 30 mg at least). The 30 mg Extended release pills keep me geeked for an entire day

Yeah the ampethamine compound only has one more hydrogen atom than Methamphetamine. Other than that the chemical structures are exactly the same. So yes its basically legal meth, but these tweakers I use to talk to told me that Meth feels more like cocaine than adderall or MDMA. But I couldnt tell you for sure. I havent done meth as far as im aware other then this one time I got some sketchy e pills(which didnt make me trip, but I didnt feel sober. It was very weird🤷‍♂️ I guess i'll never know what was rly in them)

@@tonyarice4230 Yes Tonya please be gentle on yourself. I had a very similar experience where I could not get out of bed for weeks.... if not months. It is in the system and you will have to detox somehow. If you can reach out to Mauren @ that center I sent you above....call and reach out let them know Kamala sent you and you need to do a Breathwork session....IT WILL GIVE YOU A WHOLE NEW LIFE! Breathing oxygenates the cells, brings up your LIFE urge, makes you feel happy again. But you gotta pull yourself up and out of this one. OR ASK for support to get you to the center. Well.... I did get tested which I didn’t speak of in the video... and the dr said I had ADHD.... so I had the lowest dosage. From taking this prescription I was thinking of suicide. So.... it’s just more of a video if people are thinking this way... to reach out for help. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Did you have adhd though? It is very dangerous to take if you don’t. The neurons in you brain are different. Imagine pumping your body with shots of insulin if your not even diabetic.
