Uninstalling the amazon app worked for me. The zepp app was able to access Amazon in my browser instead. So after setting up alexa i reinstalled Amazon app.

The Amazon Alexa is only available in selected countries as of now. If you are eligible you can activate it in the Zepp app.

it was also useful for amazfit bit u pro and i also used another youtube video tips to set a double location in alexaappin order to be able to use it from a non-supported country. It took a lot of effort but thank to people like you, we can solve our tech issues ... Claps x1000!

After clicking on login to Amazon it is continuously loading but not redirecting to Amazon

Just try few more times and it will work, if issue persists then you can try reseting the watch and try to login into Amazon account.

Actually there is a bug for which this happens, make sure you are using good internet connection, also your phone should be connected to the watch via Zepp app, if issue persists update your watch and Zepp app to the latest version also unpair and pair the watch and connect Alexa and try again.

No, it affects the battery life if you overcharge the device. It is recommended to unplug the charger once 100% is reached.

That alexa option in zepp doesn't appear for me , i have my account region in texas

Right now Alexa is only available in select places, but later on it can come to your location also.

Make sure the network connection you are using in your phone is strong, also phone and watch should be connected, if issue persist just reconfigure the Alexa once by logging out and logging in the Zepp app.

No Clearing cache will not destroy, however clearing data will delete the old data and make it to factory version.

Just unpair and pair the watch again and try logging in and check whether the issue is resolved, if issue is there try with different browser and it should be fixed.

Unfortunately, Alexa is only available in selected countries for now, however Amazfit is adding Alexa support for more countries with new updates.

Nope i have not done anything,just wanted to keep the video short and informative, it is the same way i logged in, and if problem persists just retry loggin in that will sove it also a factory reset will help.

If I open Alexa after a few hours, it remains still in the 'alexa is listening' screen and doesn't change it to 'alexa is thinking' screen. I tried to reauthorize Alexa from the zepp app but didn't change. Once I restarted the watch, the issue got resolved. Any solutions?

Make sure you are using a stable internet connection in your phone and also your watch is connected. Also just update the watch and the app to latest version to remove any bugs.
