Never mind, Uninstalling the amazon app fixed it with changing the region to supported country since I can't use it in Sweden.

Hello. I'm having the same problem in my GTR 3 Pro watch since the last update of the Zepp app. I've tried everything you said but nothing fixed the problem. I'm guessing for the part of the Amazon app you mean the Amazon shopping app (I don't have it installed) but I have the Alexa app installed and I've uninstalled it as well but nothing happened. The only thing now I have left to seek is the problem to be fixed with the next Zepp app update. Unless someone have something else to suggest

@@JT-sx4ln I have 3 bip 5 watches. One I had for a week and was able to get alexa to work right away. The other 2 that I got today would not let me log in. It keeps loading a black loading box when going to the 3rd party log in section. I am pretty sure that I have all the settings working right. As they are able to make and send phone calls, accept text messages and connect to the app just fine. There is something wrong with the phones and their settings. I am not sure. The only option right now is to uninstall the amazon app and the alexa app. I am not going to try that right now. Maybe later. I doubt the 2 people using the watch will even notice.

Thank you! New Bip 5, connecting to Samsung S23, would not log in to Amazon, locked up after tapping agree. Uninstalled Amazon, uninstalled Alexa, cleared cache. Connected immediately. 100% works!
