Adding a custom WhatsApp phone number field to your meeting scheduling form in Google Calendar

In this video, we'll demonstrate how to add a custom WhatsApp phone number field to your meeting scheduling form within the Google Calendar booking page. This addition enables Callendar to send reminders to your leads or clients.
Steps:
Access Your Meeting Page:
Navigate to your meeting page and click Edit.
Proceed to Form Setup:
Review options like availability; no changes are needed now.
Click Next to proceed to the form setup.
Add Phone Number Field:
Click Add a new element.
Select Phone Number.
Optionally, mark it as required.
Save Changes:
Complete the operation and click Save.
With this setup, attendees will receive automatic WhatsApp reminders days and minutes before the meeting.
