6:30 Jerome, when an item like that says it increases a stat at the end of a wave, it means that AFTER a wave has ended, you get a PERMANENT increase to that stat for the rest of the run. For example: If you got an item which gave +3% damage at the end of a wave on round 5, after round 9 you would have +15% damage! Once again, PERMANENT UPGRADES.

To answer some things. The % of a stat at the end of the wave is a permanent increase each round. The boss transforms(changes attack) based on time and health, it kinda just depends what happens first afaik. Also as long as you say close to the boss, it's a lot easier to kill than it seems, I kill it about 80% of the time I win

Alright, so I haven't watched the full video yet, but in case they don't figure out what it means, the, "% at the end of a wave" is a stacking percentage bonus. So if at wave 5 you get an item that gives you, "+3% damage at the end of a wave" you'd have +15% by round 10, 30% by round 15, and at the end of wave 20 it would be 45.
