Steve, you get harvest at the end of the round. You get money + exp equal to your harvest trait at the end of the wave.

Jerome if you ever see a piggy bank get it because it increases the money you have at the beginning of a wave so if you have 1 piggy bank and have 100 material when you start the round you will begin the round with 120 material.
