welcome back! looking forward to the status bar. yasb is a decent fill in for now, but it is a tad unstable in my set up.

Glad to be back! Thanks for sticking around! I'm hoping for the right tradeoff of configurability and stability with this bar, erring on the side of stability even at the expensive configurability if necessary to provide the best out of the box experience 🤞

I really love your work. I switched to windows and hated it but having Komorebi had made me love windows little bit more. Thanks

@@LGUG2Z only thing more i need is something similiar to tmux or zellij. I am using wezterm multiplexer but its not as great as Zellij. Maybe if your done with Komorebi you could tackle that :)

It's fun learning Rust with these videos. I never thought I would find out "what's in the box" :) If you ask me, since this bar only works for Komorebi, I would have the settings in the same config file, but that way sharing rice configs could be difficult. People might also want to swap between rice config files, or have one per monitor? As for the transparency, it was magic indeed to find out, but I posted a link in the original feature request (#784) that could be useful.

RE: config files, I'm leaning towards having a separate config file to reinforce that this bar is built entirely as a third-party consumer of the komorebi integration and doesn't require any special "magic" that is only available to me as the maintainer of komorebi Thanks for sharing the link! I will check this out soon to refresh myself on what exactly is happening with the transparency code and how to make it configurable :)
