I recommend taking those background out putting in white or black or blue would essentially help with the fish colouring up and the scape would also look more prominent

Awesome video! Also, i’ve had my yellow-bellied slider turtle for almost 2 years now (2 years in July) and im hopefully getting a bigger tank soon. Is it a good idea to keep two turtles in a tank if theyre different ages and maybe even different gender? Hopefully you can back to me soon or if anyone else knows, please let me know! :)

Hey Caron, love your videos first and foremost, so thank you! I had a question about your albino RES. I just got a hatchling recently and he seems super blind. I have to feed him in a special little container so he can take an hour to get at the food. Did Midas have issues with eyesight when he was younger, and if so, did it get better as he got older? Hey Carson! I’m looking to get a small little map turtle in the future possibly, but I’m not allowed to have heat lamps where I live, how else could he bask? I’m getting a small 20 gallon to start him off but upgrading to 40 gallon eventually to house him and some small fish possibly. I’ve been in the fish hobby for a while, but never with turtles. Can you please help, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks
