Plan on buying new cat convertor as 2 step is explosion in the exhaust that will break the honeycomb of catalytic convertor and valve springs

Hello VDUB in paradise I have a 1.8t awp and it has a loud tick sounds like a diesel tdi haha and solutions I have replaced the chain tensioner and valves alone with I set the timing. Confused and I need your help as I know your very experienced with these engines

What would you recommend when replacing parts after you had 2 step activated? Everytime I activate 2 step my car idles really fully. It sounds as if it wants to blow or stall

YUNG DUCK O2 sensors and exhaust gaskets. The exhaust gaskets tend to blow out easy.

Quick question, So I had No lift shift on my car for bout a year and every time I pressed against the clutch it made the idle of the rpm move. Now it doesn’t do it anymore? Was there a possible way I deactivated it?

Did you receive a re-flash? If it was working before and then all of sudden it doesn’t, I’d suspect the clutch switch going out.

VDub In Paradise didn’t re-flash it, I did the no lift shift and it works for some reason haha, false alarm. But it doesn’t go pow when I do it :(

I have a maestro tuning suite but I think I want to go cobb ap with my new mk6. There just isnt many ots tunes with maestro and its 8 credits to enable it on my new car (500$?!?) kinda regret going with eurodyne.

Can that make your car turn off randomly? At a light or on the highway? My car seems to shutoff and the battery light comes on like it goes into the accessory mode. I was wondering if that could be a messed up immobilizer?

@@NandomRame it’s probably your alternator. Might even be a burnt fuse switch/relay. But immo can cause these things to but you’ll know if it is the immo if your seeing they key icon pop up on your dashboard

Nope. As long as you are below the set speed, you can be in any gear including neutral. Heck you could be in reverse and it’ll work lol.

I got Eurodyne myself. had no cel, once I flashed the car, bam 5 codes!!... Car ran like shit too... I'm just thankful I didn't flash the stock ecu (emissions reasons) and was able to plug the stock ecu in
