there are enough guides already idk why people complain about this playthrough, my main issue is I was overwhelmed with all the HUD stuff and so far it's been helpful to see what the buttons do as you play

rice spoils after like 30 or so days, so a freezer is actually generally unnecessary. You can have some shelves and store the rice, which is muchh more space efficient, and things in shelves dont deteriorate so they can be outside

Freezers are good even for rice, in my opinion. Less necessary than for meat of course, but it still indefinitely prolongs the rice.

@@Czardus i guess, but for stuff like colony wealth it is better to make equivalent to your consumption and just eat whatever is going to spoil rather than freeze it. You can also grow corn in a stable colony which spoils in a full year so definately no need for freezer then

At the place where the raiders can use the wall for cover inside the killbox, put a sandbag. They'll be forced to climb over it to attack at all and be unable to use the wall for cover.
