vielen dank. aktuell hab ich sogar nur noch die schwimmpflanzen und die schwertpflanzen drin. hab echt freude an diesem becken 😃 algen sind noch bisschen an der wurzel aber nicht mehr so schlimm zum glück!

I have the same aquarium, just did the last stuff this morning and can start filling it up again when the silicones between the wood piece and bottom are dry. I had to empty it because the soil was several years old and canister was also leaking (15yrs old), i had to order a new part for it. In my little tank i also had some algae’s, brown and green and was to lazy to clean it all. I bought “algexit” from the brand “easy-life” because i heard good things about it. I have to admit they weren’t lying, u need to use it for about 4 weeks and in the 2nd week, about half of all algae was already gone. Now 4th week and everything is gone. I tried several anti-algae products in the past, but none worked very well, but this one does. Maybe that can help you in the future. Beautiful tank by the way😊

hi there. ah awesome. yes i do know easy life products and i even have algexit from them. but it's an older bottle so in case i decide to use it it would probably be better to buy a new bottle. i think the main problem is that i overfeed the fish. the tetras are so fast that i have to feed more so the corydoras get something to eat. will think about a solution. thanks for the idea with easylife! have fun with filling up the tank! 😃

@@freshwatertanks haha thx, im happy the cleaning is done lol! Yea, i know the issue about overfeeding, im guilty aswel. I only have 15 cory paleatus and 1 ancistrus l16, but those cory’s are like the “dog of pavlov”, they stay hungry and when they give me that wink with their eyes, i can’t resist hehe. That’s prolly also the reason why i got the algae issue again.

those are salvinia auriculata and the filter is not loud at all... 😃

Those shrimp do help a lot indeed, i had some of those in the past. Those are one of the few shrimp species that actually eat all algae. In a 180L, u can place about 10 of those amano shrimps

Ich hoffe, dass meine jetzt erst mal gut anwachsen. In einem Monat werde ich dann die nächsten Tabletten zugeben. Ich glaube aber, dass der Abstand zwischen den beiden Pflanzen zu klein ist. 🤷‍♂️. Wie gross sind denn deine Echis?

danke! 😃 ach das albtraumbecken. das habe ich einer zierfischauffangstation geschenkt. einen teil des geldes habe ich aber noch vom aquarienbauer zurückerhalten. hatte nur probleme damit. war echt nicht schön und irgendwie bin ich froh ist das kapitel durch. hätte mir fast die freude am hobby genommen.

Meinst du? ich denke eher, dass ich zuviel füttere und dann auch noch zusätzlich dünge. Die Salmler fressen so schnell alles auf, dass für die Panzerwelse nichts mehr übrig bleibt. Darum muss ich ein bisschen mehr füttern. Ich habe jetzt mal mit dem Düngen aufgehört. Mal sehen ob es was bringt! 😃 Werde auch wieder regelmässiger Wasser testen…

@@freshwatertanks nein du hast zu viele Nährstoffe im Wasser daher solltest du mehr Fische und Pflanzen reinbringen die diese Nährwerte nutzen können
