Amazing work guys...I got a Spanish style home 955 sq ft.. Would like to add a second floor restroom with a room. The city only permits 1500 sq ft without changing plans with in the records hall. I was thinking an L shape deck next to the room. I'm in California if you have any ideas

Hi when u say 200000 it includes i terior finishing as well or just framing roofing anwindows and exterior???

I'm curious if age is a factor, I have a 60 year old rancher which needs roof replacement. I'm wondering if it's worth considering a second floor. Home is 2800 sqf and wide lot that could potentially be subdivided in the future. Would it be possible to add second floor to one half of it (that would become stand alone house in the future). Is this possible/feasible? Thanks in advance!
