After the cycling period of my nano aquarium, it's time to add the first livestock to the tank. My brother and I decided to stick to soft corals and a few lps corals since it's a low tech aquarium setup.

I own four saltwater aquariums, a 10 gallon nano reef tank, two 20 gallon coral frag tanks and a 40 gallon shallow reef tank. All these fish tanks are set up without any filtration or high-tech aquarium equipment. They require maintenance, including a water change, every few weeks to remain in healthy and happy conditions!

I been looking at fish for my first reef tank and I think yellow clown gobies look like a good choice, my tank has not arrive yet, so I still a ways behind u till I get to get some fishes and corals 🥰🐶

A super tiny species of goby at best. Just invertebrates otherwise.

I am looking forward starting my first reef aquarium! Even though I have lots of experience in freshwater aquariums saltwater is seen as challenging. So for a European is it better to get an all in one system or just regular (regarding the energy crisis) …

No equipment under the nano reef, like all my reef tanks I run them without filtration/skimmers. Only have a heater in the nano and the return pump. 😉

Change the title of this video! Its your brother's tank, not yours 😇 Its actual important to feel ownership of a tank, otherwize its hard to really get into it and do all the effort;) helps majorly if you want your brother to become a coralhead too 😊
