Hope yours hold up better than mine,my drivers side lower arm is rusted out in 2 years,it wont even extend anymore and now when you fold it the plastic trim pops because the frame under it broke from road salt.I wash my truck 3-4x a week year round. If you arent in a salt state im sure youll be fine. Mine were manual folding and manual extending, power and heated

More often than not, reusing the factory hardware is the way to go. The hardware supplied with aftermarket parts is usually cheap, and the nut flanges are often undersized. It's not unfair to say that most things that come out of Motorcraft box are going to fit your Ford vehicle better than anything aftermarket. Granted, there are certain variables, but going OE usually saves time and aggravation, and in some cases, money.

Save money? Not hardly at over $2K for a pair of OE mirrors. I can buy 8+ sets of after markets for that amount of dollars plus reuse the OE fasteners

Well you would still get the turns and adjust, I believe heat as well but not sure about that 100%. You could wire up the rest as they have them on the harness they send

Does your truck have the spot lights on the factory mirrors where the forward turn signals are. If you do, does the tow mirrors have the spot lights functionality as well or do you lose that feature.

Do not, I repeat do not get syppo tow mirrors! They are junk. Check out boost auto parts, and the ones from them will give you the puddle light if you don't already have it

@@williammackay604 if you dont have tow mirrors get the one without tows. You have to click which mirror set you have on their page. If you want the harness for the tow mirrors get the one for tows. If youd rather a white running light then you could buy their switchback lense for the tows

If you have rear defrost you have the wiring already for heated mirrors, if not then you'd have to add the wiring

I doubt you actually want these...a better set is by boost auto parts, that is what I have now and have a video on them. All you do is by the mirror. The link is in my newest video and the video I did on the boost mirrors

I agree. These cheap-o Amazon mirrors have a crappy plastic mounting plate while the Boost Auto and OEM mirrors have a metal mounting plate. I had a buddy get a set of these cheap ones and we compared them to my Boost Auto mirrors. He sent his back and got the Boost Auto mirrors instead. Buy from China, get Chinese "quality" garbage.

I'm sure you find a different set but I had no luck at a cheaper price point. Those suckers are expensive! I did get ahold of Syppo and it will be 4weeks until they are back in stock but they are going to do a group at that time if you want to hold off.

Yes you can paint them but they would have to be sanded down smooth from the rough texture they have.

You could yes, it just wont work of course. I have found out that the bottom glass is not replaceable which could be a pain should it get broken. There is a company coming out with new tow mirrors in the next couple weeks, keep an eye out!

I havent had any issues with them but every once in awhile I can hear a slight wind noise from the driver side only with the radio off once on no longer hear it. The link for them is in the description

WickedF150 Thanks for the reply, does the drivers side not fit flush like the factory mirror? The set I had did fit well except for it sticking out a bit on the drivers side. I ended up getting burned by the seller on eBay when I requested a return due to the mirror glass vibrating like crazy after 50mph but ended up out $300. Only other option then paying $1500 for the Ford Tow Mirrors with Power Fold is to get a set of Ford manual tow mirrors. Might wait another year or so prices will come down, the 2014 and under F150 mirrors are pretty cheap these days. Good luck with yours, also if you know anybody that has the mirror glass shake it’s caused by the glass being too tight in the housing. If you push on the glass on the factory mirrors it moves around a lot.

Mike Salgado I ordered some from amazon that come with the 8 pin to 22 pin connector. So if you don’t have lights currently, it will have the lights and all that through the adapter. Can’t find any power folding/telescoping but the mirrors are powered, it has the puddle lights and blinkers

Do not use power for this install, you'll break it - check the tightness on your original. And cover the gap above the bolts - or you'll be taking the door panel off as well - NOT fun on F150's

Because of all the bad....syppo mirrors seem ok at first then not so much. You cant remove the bottom glass without shattering it to unscrew it, major design flaw. And then on top of that, the wind noise, the shaking most have had and the replacement glass they sent is all distorted like a fun house mirror. If you still want those over a better set then that's your choice absolutely I just give a review

My Syypo mirrors were garbage, the mirror glass vibrates after 50 MPH. If you look at the stock mirrors there is a lot of play in the mirror. The Syypo mirror glass has no give at all causing the vibration. Junk

WickedF150 Good luck with them, hopefully the price comes down on the OEM mirrors. $1500 for the power tow mirrors is way too much. Got these same ones cause I had the tow mirrors on a 2002 SuperDuty and the stacked mirrors work so well for me. Unfortunately they mirror glass shaking made them unusable for me.
