Great job on the box. If you're unable to find the parts or items that you need for your trailer or truck, you can always design it and work with a fabricator to build it and then sell it on your website. I agree with you 100%! Great customer service and support are everything, and something I'm willing to pay extra for every time!

Nice addition man! We have 2 Load Trail 36 ft gnecks and one 20 ft dual tandem Texas Pride Dump. Chain & binder storage seems to always be an issue. We have boxes under the bed but i think one up top would be good to. One of our Load Trails has 15k axles with monster/mega ramps. The other has 12k axles and hydro dove. Both have hydro jacks. Dunno if you disconnect much but we do all the time. The hydro jacks were hands down the best investment for us. It has no issue lifting when our 100 hp Kubota is all the way at the front. Have had some issues with the hydro dove binding tho & basically getting locked in the up position.... steal working with Load Trail to determine a fix. Keep up the great work!!

I got the same box, the lock started hanging up so I just leave the key in it, and with use and vibration the rivets got loose and the lid came off, so you addressed the problems I had with the box on your install

I run the opposite of you! I’m a ford guy . But I worked with spartan tuners with my 2008 f350 6.4 and they were also to deal with ! Just say they deal with they all . And they shit works awesome good enough for pulling we’re smoking Mustangs in 1/4.

If you ever want a chain rack on the gooseneck, you can buy one from diamond c replacement parts! It’s around $100 and it just welds on to the gooseneck upright. It also locks, and only takes up 6” of deck space! Some hotshots I follow on Instagram swear by them.

Yep, five minute two day job. Just put a hasp and padlock on the box for the odd occasion you have to leave it somewhere. I put keyed hasps on my rod box on top of the truck. Are you sure your exhaust pressure sensor is working? It could be a problem with VGT control.

Arm chain quarterbacking now but I would have moved those bonders on to another trailer and picked up a set of Peerless ratchet style folding handle load binders. They fit magical in a small box.

I would rather pay more and get great Customer service than pay less and get shitty customer service. For example: Years ago I broke the leaf springs in my truck shortly after I hauled some square hay bales. I called 1 company out of recommendation from people I worked with, I explained the situation and the first thing the guy said was "shoulda bought a Dodge" I hung up the phone right then and there, now do I understand it was a joke? yes, but I was calling for a quote on leaf springs, I wasnt in the mood to joke around, we can joke around after. A friend of mine recommended another company, he goes there often and buy leaf springs to make knives out of, so I called the company, I explained what happened and how I broke them, asked them to put extra leafs in it if they can, they did, I paid them. After I paid them I told them about the situation with the other company so as to not try to get any sort of discounted rate because I wanted to pay them properly over going "poor me". Its been a few years now and I have recommended them over and over again to people locally and explained what happened with the other company.

Apparently said guy isn't human like the rest of us and F-up something, with that said.........there are so many tuners out there now that it would be hard to choose. My very very extremely wishful thinking would like to (while I'm in southern Utah on the trip I mentioned) stop in at the Power Driven Diesel shop and have their EFI Live autocal "fall" onto my 4th gen.............but then I'd probably have to swing by the V-belt and son diesel shop to have a clutch put in cuzzzzzzz I wouldn't be able to help myself from seeing how much more beans she had in the chili lol. Be a delmonico red streak flying up the road lmao

A good tuner is worth their weight in gold, the majority of tuners are good but with the advent of EFI live and the ability for anyone with a computer to write tunes and call themselves a tuner comes the guys just looking to make a buck and don't care about customer service of reputation. Its sad that they are in the diesel community but it is what it is I guess
