The original MontavueGO app is just the older version. This video was made before MontavueGO 2.0 was released but the 2.0 is the latest version which is the one you should have downloaded. If you have the original MontavueGO on your device, you can delete it to clear space.

Do I have to have the nvr connected to my wifi? It is currently connected to a regular Ethernet router. And I can’t connect

Hi Byron, The NVR has no wifi capabilities. It must be directly plugged into the router via ethernet cable.

Mine doesn't seem to work on my s21 ultra it never would do live on my note 10 plus.
