Very articulate, but is the audience pedestrians? If it is, he is speaking above the audience. Eg macro economics..which pedestrian understand that term. Same for the word propaganda: I would use the word lies. Just heard the word abstract. Which pedestrian understand that word.

Bharaat , boy you tell the truth , you always give away improved region 4 and 10. Although they do not vote for PPP/C. As you have said the people here are educated. So they know if they don't vote for you , you will try harder to please them and kiss there asses. This been going on since Cheddi time. While PNC APNU/AFC showing them no interest , PPP/C must shows no interest in them, you will see how quick they will vote for who will better serve them. Alright Buaraat let see next elections who they will choose and in what percentages in regions 4 & 10. And shall take it from there. .

Why do you feel everything should be about who vote for who? Whoever is elected as Government has a duty to the entire country not just to their supporters. APNU/AFC did not favour their supporters over those who voted PPPC. Berbice and EastCoast got more than Linden. This must never be about supporters. Now I believe they could have done more for Linden not because their supporters are here but because Linden is also a part of Guyana. Guyanese must feel safe with whoever becomes government in this country. No bias, no racism, no discrimination of any region or ethnic group. Jagdeo does not have a great track record in fair governance.
