I have been trying to reach someone from Autel for a couple of weeks now. I know that the Autel 908 pro can reset the windows but can any other device with a lower price do the same?

@@dynastyof3880 Please call the tech support team any day. The lines are open from 9am to 9pm. If you do not want to wait on hold, you can leave a message and they will return the call same day. There is no reason to try to reach someone at Autel for several weeks. We have dozens of tech support members and we are answering hundreds of calls daily.

Good morning or afternoon? Is there any way we can print out the calibration we do on a car . That way we have probe of the calibration either for change the insurance company ore for our record in case there’s a low sue .

Hi George and Pete , Thanks for the great and informative lecture.I have some further queries surrounding the requirement for calibration after wheel alignment.If the alignment is found to be only slightly out and has been adjusted back to manufacturer guidelines , as it was when the vehicle left the factory ,and steering angle did not need to be adjusted and is also at Zero degrees , would the ADAS still need recalibration? Would love to discuss further if available . Many thanks again

I would direct your question directly to Autel (www.maxisysadas.com/) but in my opinion - yes, you will. Simply because you don't know what change you made relative to the original calibration. Even a 1 degree change can cause a system to "look" in the wrong place. And it's not just wheel alignment - it's ANYTHING you do that alters the vehicle's line-of-sight or the sensor's original positioning.

hello if i should just paint the bumper without disassembling. should the sensor be cralibrated I don't need it

If you paint the bumper on the car, you'll probably be OK. I would check to see if there are any considerations on how to paint it, in case it will limit the radar's penetration for some reason.
