Madison I will be here for all the target hauls and buffalo wings eating-in-the-car 😂 I’m sorry that this is your situation, I can’t imagine how you feel but I know you will find a way. There is always a solution to a problem and I think you’re doing the right thing by taking this time to just be a mom and be with your babies. Keep doing what you’re doing- take care of yourself, take care of your family and you will find a way when it’s time. The time with your kids you’ll never get back, but a career will ALWAYS be there ❤ Stay strong girl.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Some of the technicalities they come up with are ridiculous. A girl in my cohort failed out of the whole program (three classes and a clinical at the time) for missing a math question on an exam. Automatic dismissal from the whole program which dropped her GPA like a rock and made her ineligible to reapply. I have 29 days left for my LPN after starting towards the RN program almost 9 years ago (partially my own doing, moved 98 miles away from my school so couldn’t afford to drive for the last two semesters, family stuff, yada yada) with the intent to bridge to RN. But I’m struggling like no other to finish the last 30 days, let alone the desire and drive to start over again. All you hear about is the nursing shortage and nursing burnout rate, but the powers that be are the ones causing most of it.

Madi, I’ve been watching your videos for a while now, and just know this is the hardest program .. just remember a DELAY is not a DENIAL. That’s what we are in school for to learn, and just like myself, it’s not always the first go around. This is our unique journey and all that has happened is just your testimony in the end. Take your time. Enjoy your kids and just know that you have time. Don’t give up. This wasn’t all for nothing. You Matter!!❤️🙌🏽🫶🏽

I cannot imagine what you are feeling! I was in nursing school for just one semester and literally got As in all classes and clinicals. Took the exit hesi exam and did not make a 900 so I could not move onto the next semester. It was so painful. Unsure if I will ever go back since that was two years ago! It should not be that difficult when you are doing so good in the classes! Focus on you and your children right now!! That’s the most important thing!! ❤❤❤ do not let this get you down!

I failed my schooling 2 times and passed on the 3rd time and I’ve never been happier. Things very much so happen for a reason. You are so young, and I know it doesn’t feel like it but for you to focus on your children when they are so small is so important! Wow that is awful! In my LPN program we used ATI too and also did the predictor test. It’s shocking that so many nursing schools require so many things to pass!! I didn’t do the greatest on my predictor. Anyways, fast forward to the day I took NCLEX. I took it once and passed with 75 minimal questions. ATI is SOOO much harder than the actual boards! Never give up! You are almost there🎉

And in real life if you don’t pass NCLEX, you just pay to retake it! I dislike how nursing school is so much different to real life scenarios. It’s all about the school creditation and money

Hi Madison I’m so sorry that happened to you. I understand how hard nursing school is I went to lpn school and have been an lpn since February I truly love it. I will be bridging next fall to my RN which will only be 12 months I have a new baby boy and I’m already worried how hard it will be.But I know in the end it’s all worth It.If nursing is your true passion keep going don’t give up.I failed my comprehension exam for lpn school had to retake the exit exam TWICE and I passed nclex first try! That test doesn’t determine how smart we are or what kind of nurse we will be.I wish you all the luck I love watching your vlogs.

Don't give up Madison. It took me almost 20 years to complete my RN. Being a wife and a mother is hard especially while going through nursing school. I know exactly how you feel! I didn’t pass the comprehensive predictor the first time around which dropped my grade from a 85 to a 75 & in my nursing school the passing grade was a 77 so I felt so embarrassed that I didn’t make it & I cried for daysssss 😢 Then I took it over the second time around & pass with a 97% and I am still shaken by the experience. I still can’t I was able to graduate but I will never look at nursing school the same again.

Hi Madison, I just want you to know that I am so proud of you for everything that you have accomplished thus far. I know the Nursing community is hard because of the rules they go by. But for the time being stay strong and make your time with your babies the best time for them. When the time is right you will know when you need to go back. You are a strong young woman and a very smart one too. Just take your time and enjoy your life with your family. You have so much support around you and that's what you need. I will keep you in my prayers and I believe things will work out for you. Keep making videos and don't let what is said get to you. You have to keep you happy and that's what matters. Thank you for the explanation ❤️ I can tell how hard that was. Do what you need to do for your mental health. If I was in your shoes, I would fight by any means necessary to get your license, and then you can always go back later in life or do PRN work... like in the OR where you originally loved to be. But no matter what, the nursing skills you have will make you a better mom. You now have a great medical background. Patience. Interpersonal skills. Peds training. CPR certifications. Nursing school will never be an absolute waste for these reasons. 🫶🏻 Can your KZbin following help your situation at all? I'm sure the nursing school will listen to 11k people
