Thanks for bringing memory back to early 70s. There was a serious fight between him and Dr. Orlando Owoh because of the resemblance of their voice and Wesco was very junior to Owoh.

Hi Planet, Agreed and the similarity doesn't seem to be by chance either. This is what Bellemsky commented on the original Likembe post, "Wesco was formerly with Owoh's band i'm told, but left to form his own band.... But Owoh appeared to be more versatile in his compositions and lyrical diction. This made Owoh the undisputed master, leaving Wesco to only be remembered in the context and shadow of Owoh...." He was originally with Orlando's band,but left to formed his band,and this didn't go down well with Orlando especially Wesco singing in his(orlando's style of music).
