Adela Zaharia excels in elegant bel canto mad scene

This is a reliable servicable lyric coloratura soprano. The sound is warm, warbly and well pointed where it needs to be. The middle upper extension is strong and horse whinny like. The extreme top is careful and locely really. Almost like Swenson like a clean siren. Her arpeggios are slurred yet from the heart. The staccati are not present in the scale here so who knows. She has good volume in the middle which is important and a big plus.

Never heard the quick part introduction by the orchestra this kitschy sounding, Adela Zaharia is sure worth finer than that. Or I just don't remember that part could sound that way, obviously forgot.
