ONE OK ROCK only recently bought a house in LA like a couple of years ago when they are starting to get into the US market. Back in 2012, the boys can barely speak English and even had the fans translate their Japanese to English during their lives. None of the members lived or studied outside of Japan before that. So yes it is amazing how well Taka's pronunciation and understanding has improved within 5 years.

You should look at the wiki about this band. They had their own story there and history how they establish "One Ok Rock" especially the story about Taka's family. But it didn't tell much in wiki concerning Taka's whole life but im pretty sure that Taka had a problem before with his family after their parents got divorced. But that is long long time ago when he still in high school, now he's 29 yrs. Taka had create a song about his apologize to his family and he did cried in one of their live concert when he sing that song.. The song was "Nobodys Home". You better looking up at the lyrics, its pretty emotional. Also, "CHAOSMYTH" song has one of the best lyric line, ever "Dream as if you'll live forever, and live as if you'll die today".
