You didn't do some crazy metal drum beats and screamo vocals like some have lol. Stayed true to the original with a rock band twist and killed it! Have you and the band ever talked about guitar solo's being plugged into these covers? The vibe of the way you guys did this song totally sets the tone for a hell of a guitar solo. BUT, the song is kick ass just the way it is lol. Kudos man, looking forward to seeing more stuff.

I don't necessarily think one sounds better than the other.. but this cover definitely sounds good. There's something about an original version of a song that always hold its weight in any comparison.. for those of you who said Adele sounds like a "whiny bitch squealing after getting hit by a car" (and yes I am going back to the grade school retort) where is your hit single? and how many albums have you released as an accomplished musician? Just because you don't like how an artist or band sounds, doesn't mean they aren't skilled and talented. It just means you had an opinion and are too ignorant to understand the difference between that, and fact. With that said, this is a very well orchestrated cover. Fame on Fire is now on my list of bands to look up and download.

Like some others here I can't help but get a Chestor Bennington-Linkin Park vibe from this cover. "Hello from the other side. How are you?" It's as if Chestor is trying to reach us through the music. Just like the song says, "at least I can say I tried." He tried to make it through it all in the end, but succumbed to his demons of suicide and depression. Lastly, "..I'm sorry for breaking you're heart." I think if he could see his family and fans once more he'd say that he's sorry for leaving us all the way he did. Also, "there's so much difference between us; and a million miles apart," possibly meaning he's in another world so far from us now and that possibly not many truly understood what was going on in his mind leading up to his untimely death. Not sure, but it gives me the chills as I think about him and the influence he's had on so many around the world. RIP CB LP
