Nobody sung the blues and songs with feeling like the great Bonnie Rate. I DO get what you're saying. Thanks....OH, I do think the Wilson sisters(Heart ) sing rock and roll like nobody has done since J. Joplin. However, their voices are fantastic and they can play ANY instrument you can think of. Ann's flute skills are up there with another heavy hitter from the 70's, which is, of course, Ian Anderson of Tull.

It took such a special song to realize my boyfriend never loved me to begin with. He was my everything and then flat out told me how he was feeling weighted down by me. I gave my all and it looks like he wanted nothing to do with me. He was pressured into a situation and it led to a poor outcome. 1:15 really shakes me to the core. I love the cover of this song.

Adele amazes me every time I listen to her. Her voice is tremendous and the way she puts emotions in every song is simply incredible. I usually don't cry to music but every time I listen and watch an Adele performance I am in tears. That song is phenomenal and it is perfectly sung by a perfect vocalist. To say that Adele is talented would really be an understatement. She is so much more than just a talent and listening to her is simply a pleasure.

I'm not a lyrics person. Usually I don't even know what a song is about. I get lost in the vocal, the groove, the rhythm, etc. This is one of the few songs that the lyrics captivated me and pulled me in. As Adele says, "mind-blowing." I still remember exactly where I was when these lyrics impacted me. They are incredibly and dramatically sad. So sad that you can't overlook them. Aside from the lyrics, this is just an incredible song.
