Adele : "J'aime être chanteuse, mais la célébrité je déteste ça"

À la veille de la sortie de son nouvel album, "30" (Columbia Records), la chanteuse Adele accorde une interview exclusive à France Inter. Elle fait son retour sur le devant de la scène, après six années de réflexion et d’écriture et se confie notamment sur son rapport à la célébrité. “J'aime être chanteuse. Mais le côté célébrité, je déteste ça. L’effet secondaire de la célébrité, oui, ça ne me plaît pas. C’est le chant que j'adore”, explique-t-elle à Léa Salamé.
Adele raconte également son divorce et l’envie de se reconnecter auprès de son public. Ce nouvel album apparait pour elle comme "une thérapie". "Mais c'est plutôt une sorte de saut dans l'inconnu avec un espoir d’atterrir à la fin", précise-t-elle.
Les albums d'Adele sont les plus vendus du siècle dans le monde, avec plus de 120 millions d'albums vendus. Le premier single de son nouvel album, "Easy and me", sorti il y a un mois, a été la chanson la plus écoutée de tous les temps en 24 heures. "C'est fou", reconnait Adele.

Love Adele's down to earth aura...she makes a fair point about balancing her love for singing and her celebrity status..obviously if you are going to put an album out there with that level of recognition she will ultimately have to live a celebrity lifestyle to a certain degree - and it seems she enjoys going to celeb parties BUT i love that she remains real and humble and beautiful inside and out. my favourite song on the new album is My Little Love..such an adorable and meaningful song. I really appreciate everything Adele said, in this interview especially, about the new album 30. I knew that Adele felt very inspired by Amy Winehouse in retrospect to Amy's Song & Adele's Love is a Game there possibly are similarities like, she said, the title. However, Amy Winehouse's Song Back to Black this was famous by the late Singer. Her voice was Phenomenal & she will be missed always but, never forgotten. I can only imagine Adele misses her very, very much. I appreciate how candid, honest Adele was. She's really grown as, an Artist, human being, she's grounded, confident, strong. I love ❤️ her Music. Très belle interview. Adèle, toujours fidèle à elle même, c est à dire authentique. Elle ne ment pas et montre ce qu elle est vraiment, au fur et à mesure du temps qui passe. Je la trouve mûrie, plus grave qu avant, on sent bien que son divorce l a touchée. Mais c est toujours l aimable et bienveillante personne qu elle est dans la vie. Sa voix, ses chansons le transpirent, c est la raison pour laquelle elle est tant aimé et écoutée. Le coeur n a pas de frontière, il dit simplement la vérité. Nous aimons Adèle, point !!! 😁😘🥰 Merci beaucoup à Léa Salamé pour sa finesse et son anglais agréable.
