Thank you so much. I couldn’t have said it better. I never found a song before that made me and my deep feelings feeling understood and seen so much. It’s amazing what she can do with her heart, soul and voice! Incredible, powerful and healing all at once ❤❤️🩹🤍 and even if it feels this way, we, the deep feelers, aren’t alone in this world. There is something so special about 30. She mentioned in an interview that 21 became so big that it essentially became an album for us, her audience. But she then explained 30 is hers - it’s what’s she’s poured her heart into while she was in isolation and would come back to frequently like a friend. 30 isn’t like the other albums. It’s her most personal one yet, and it’s as though she’s taking her most personal stories, her biggest insecurities, and sharing it with us in raw fashion. It’s a masterpiece and so incredibly powerful.

I know Adele may seem like the best we have because our generation of mainstream musicians have lowered standards so significantly. But trust me, they are a lot of singers that have delievered better and more soulful vocals on youtube. But it's been years since we had a big mainstream singer deliver something like this. It's sad that so many great and soulful vocalists are underrated these days making people believe that Adele, despite being great, is the best we have. I hope Adele's return incites mainstream music audiences to allocate more attention to other great singers that deserves as much recognition as her.

There's something so personal about 30 that I think it just makes us feel part of everything she's feeling in every song. I don't mean that the other albums didn't make me feel that way, but this just touches a very deep fiber in all of us. Acceptance, suffering, the feeling of letting go, the fear, the anxiety, every emotion comes together in such a profund way that each lyric elevates me from my reality and places me in her self. You're a blessing to this world, Adele.

Somehow, between "Hold On" and "To Be Loved", you saved me from the pit of loneliness and emptiness I felt so trapped in and gave me a catharsis I needed and thought I would never get. LYRICS [Verse 1] I build a house for love to grow I was so young it was hard to know I'm as lost now as I was back then Always making me solve everything It's about time that I face myself All I do is bleed into someone else Painting walls with all my secret tears Filling rooms with all my hopes and feelings [Pre-Chorus] But oh my, oh my I'll never learn if I never leap I'll always yearn if I never speak [Chorus] To be loved and love at the highest count Means to lose all the things I can't live without Let it be known that I will choose to lose It's a sacrifice but I can't live a lie Let it be known, let it be known that I tried [Verse 2] I'm so afraid but I'm open wide I'll be the one to catch myself this time Trying to learn to lean in to it all Ain't it funny how the mighty fall? I am moved in a way I have never been moved before. The melody, the chord progressions, the vocal performance (if you can even call it that - it’s like she lives the song with every fiber of her being), the lyrical content, the majestic momentum, it’s all there in top form. But there is an otherworldliness to the experience of hearing Adele sing what is by far the most intimate song in her catalog. It’s like watching the first light of sunrise expand over the horizon transforming the sky from a vast, bleak darkness to a deep blue brightened by the boldest, warmest light one can feel on earth.
