Translation : They are not married. She is a great woman, he loves her, so she could be his wife one day but not now. Because it's weird to hide the fact that you are married. Marriage is the definition of proving to your family, your community, your church, your God, your country and the Administration that you are with this person in particular and that you both share the will to build a family together. This is not private at all. This is quite the opposite actually. That's why newlyweds and their guests make a lot of noise after the ceremony, everyone in the town has to know that those two are married. Ancient Greeks were doing that as well. That's why they are not married yet. You can't hide your wife you know what I mean, it's nonesense. You do hide your girlfriend or your fiancée though especially if you don't want to rush things. And one can agree with that, it's been 2 to 3 years only of dating, people. They are both parents and not in their 20's anymore. I can understand that this taken in consideration, at some point, your lover is more of a husband to you than a boyfriend.

He is Founder of Klutch Sports Group and he represents some of the high power athletes from LeBron James to Carmelo Anthony to Draymond Green to so many others. Unless Google knows and is counting all his income sources then it's not going to be accurate. What I can tell you is Rich Porter is worth more than Adele.
