personally i think the show is actually pretty good and the only problems i have with it were the attempts to be the same as the original if i wasnt seeing all the bad changes from the original, on its own with different names and things this show would be less hated on. We only dislike that its supposed to be a live action of winx and has barely any connections to the story characters romances and villains of the original.

@@lexyhall3033 not only that im just pretty tired of the fact that there always has to be some kind of rivalry going on between girls over a boy when bloom and stella had such a genuine and wholesome friendship in the cartoon i just miss this and also the other girls were all very good friends i dont see that in the Netflix adaptation also the fact that the characters are kind of shallow like aisha had a whole backstory more then going swimming twice a day you know?? I personally think the actresses did their best to play the characters im more criticizing the writing and the fact that they think all teen series have to be dark with a mixture of sex and drugs but why??? There is so much more than that.hopefully next season we gonna see changes for the better there is always room for improvement

I adore Flora which is why it’s such a shame that she’s not in this, however I like that they kept her apart of it by making her related to Terra. Loved the video! If i personally could direct a live-action winx i would definitely do a lot of things differently, but for what it was, I found it quite enjoyable! @@Adelicate I've been a fan of winx since I was 12 and got the second season on dvd. I'm 20 now, so 7 years of loyal fanness. I still binge watch the show after I've forgot about it that way I can rewatch it and be surprised.. 😂 lol. The one disappointed I had was.. that tecna and flora were no longer apart of this win universe. Terra takes the place of floras cousin. So what happens to Helia and Flora??? Did they never meet cause I don't believe the boys academy exist and if it didn't.. that means helia never enrolled and flora and them never go together. Also if the trix and tecna isnt in it, that means SEVERAL changes and growth/fairy powerups never happened. For example, they never got anything above enchantix. 😩 It just doesn't make sense. They took everything about the show that made it good and made it darker. And YES SABRINA IS AN AMAZING SHOW YIU SHOULD WATCH IT. Anyway, my point is. I appreciate them giving us a show and I'll be supportive but I won't support them creating a whole other universe. The one we had was good enough. The tv commercial for the dolls had better transformations 😞

I LOVE Fate! It's different but just as good, just good in a different way! Musa was my favorite in both versions, I was iffy on her being a Mind Fairy, but I actually grew to really like that. Flora could come in later since she's Terra's cousin, and Terra was actually pretty cool. Bloom and Aisha are spot on! Thank you for this review! All I've seen are negative reviews and I really want a season two!

I loved this reaction. I think you’re the only person who watched the cartoon and still liked Fate Winx. Everyone else hated it and complained the whole reaction. It’s refreshing to see someone so happy and interested. As someone who didn’t like the cartoon so I only watch 3 eps, I didn’t think I’d like this. I loved W.I.T.C.H. But I did like this adaption/reboot much more. Notice how well the effects were too. I just don’t think you should compare too much. It would be like comparing the Sabrina series. Anyway I can’t wait till you upload more eps.

I think Bloom actually could be in Ravenclaw. I mean even in the original series she really wanted to know about her birth parents and put that above everything else. Musa is definitely Slytherin, she is just as ambitious as Riven (we see that in season 2) so I think thats where she belongs. Aisha/Layla is brave, but also really ambitious, so I think shes a mix between Gryffindor and Slytherin. Stella on the other side I would sort into Gryffindor, i feel like she values bravery the most (for example: when her father was under the spell of Valtor, the way she defended him without being scared of consequences for herself, thats a true Gryffindor). Flora is a Hufflepuff, maybe a little bit of Ravenclaw. Tecna is by far the hardest to sort in my opinion. She values knowledge, we all know that, but she always fights to be the best and win. Slytherclaw so far. But she doesnt give up, even if the fight is lost. For example the Trix/Timmy scene in the second season, where Tecna was mad at Timmy for letting the Trix go, even though Timmy had no chance. Or the whole Omega-thing. Really gives me those Gryffindor vibes. So I think shes a somewhat Ravenclaw/Gryffindor/Slytherin

Thank you for sharing your reaction!It's nice to see that someone that's an OG fan is interested in the changes as opposed to bashing the show solely because it's not an exact replica of the original. I do think that you overlooked some of the issues with it e.g. the fact that Terra and Musa should not be white/white passing, that a lot of the characters' personalities have been made negatice with little to no redeeming qualities, and that there's a lack of technology. I hope you'll watch the rest of series!

I love seeing a positive ish reaction to Fate. Yes it has its flaws but I’m excited to see where it goes. My hopes for next season is that they bring in Flora and Tecna and have them be in a relationship together, maybe make them older than the rest of the girls. tbh i have always been a die hard fan of the cartoon and was a bit meh waiting for the live action, i was divided between wanting it to be the same but with real people and a different show with, you know, differences.. during the last years i understood that it would have been different and i have to say that, yes, it is different, but it is not necessarily a bad thing. i like how they gave characters depth by giving to each of them a story. i actually like the dinamics between them because i think these are way more realistic than immediate friendship like in the cartoon, also this allows the show to show their backgrounds. i believe the intent is to show how things were at the beginning, which is season one, and from season two we will be able to see them as a real group. i think this season was meant to show how the group form itself and how, from separate individuals it becomes a real friendship. i think that this season was made to be the base from which in the second season we will be seeing the real group as a united group against someone else, which in this case are rosalind & co. i also think that, speaking of the costumes, they wanted to gradually give each of them a specific tone as time went on and as they 'found theirselves', in fact at the end of the last episodes we can see them a lot more colored, and i think this is not yet the complete stage of transformation of their looks. i honestly also like beatrix a lot, and i kinda hope or kinda think that maybe she will be kind of a mirta for the group or even the tecna of the group, meaning that she is good in her heart kind of? i mean she has been manipulated all this time. anyway i also think that it will be interesting to see what will haopen between sky and beatrix, as she was fathered by sky's father while the man sky has been fathered by is being arrested. it seems promising. also i hope that fara, the headmistress, isn't somehow really dead because i think the actual situation could be the start of a relationship between bloom and her that follows what was the one that faragonda and bloom had in the cartoon. anyway, speaking of the problems this show has: lack of rapresentation or wrong rapresentation. both the fact that there are very few people of color or lgbtq+ people is a problem and not a non-important one. i don't support nor like the hate that the show received, especially because the victims have been the actors, but i hope that the backlash will make them act in a proper way and be more equal. there could be a lot more things to say about the show but since this is a comment i wanna cut it short lol so yeah i like the show a lot, and i loved this reaction video so thank you very much ✨🌈🦎

I really don't like the live action version of the Winx Club because the characters are different from the animated Winx Club or should I say some of the characters don't appear while others named changed in fate: Winx Saga. Besides the series feels like a chilling dark drama instead of fun, romance and magical adventure like the Winx Club animated series. Also there's no transformation in the live action, I know Bloom grow wings but not a full fairy form like the animated Bloom in her Charmix, Enchantix, Believix, Harmonix, Sirenix, Bloomix, Mythix, Butterflix, Tynix and Cosmix.

Winx Sorting Bloom Slytherin, nothing stops her from her goals and she when she know how to do something she knows she can do it Stella Ravenclaw, outside the box creative thinking and loves to learn (about fashion specifically, but that’s no less valid than any other education) Flora Hufflepuff, there for anyone and puts their needs first Musa Ravenclaw, another creative like Stella and has amazing grades Tecna Slytherin, logical and goal oriented but lacks the outside the box thinking of Ravenclaw and would be happier here Aisha Gryffindor, athletic and bold
