🥑 RECIPE:
Apple 1 pc.
we cut
Cucumber 1 pc.
The cucumber must be peeled and cut.
Avocado 1 pc.
Remove the shell.
we cut
water 200ml
Add cucumber.
apple and avocado.
juice of 1/2 lemon.
A handful of spinach.
We grind.
Ginger.
We rub on a grater.
All you need is 1 teaspoon of ginger.
Oatmeal 1 tablespoon.
Grind until smooth.
Add 1 teaspoon honey for sweetness (optional).
Mix well.
mint leaves.
