Adena Mounds

There are TWO houses built atop of TWO burial mounds at the State Line Ohio / Indiana site. The older 2 story one on the Ohio side is the one Mr. Striker describes, Just West of State Line road and directly North of US 50 is a buff brick house sitting atop the other. Also the Day Care (formerly Delaney's Restaurant) North of and on the Ohio side from these two mounds, built an addition on top of a third mound around 2002 and no phase 3 archaeology was completed.
