Adesanya VS Costa: the best way to land a high kick (post-fight analysis)

Today I will show you how Israel Adesanya high kicked Paulo Costa, how you too can start landing it more, and why I think same hand - same foot combos are the best when it comes to landing high kicks.
I will also do a quick post-fight analysis of their fight.

The low kick was to the side of the nee not below as you demonstrate

@@MMACoach79 the mobility of costa was taken away not becouse of pain of the lower part of the leg but becouse of the nee injury. i looked closly the nee was fucked up. nee is the joint that responsible for mobility

Another thing Costa was fighting like a unexpirence first time boy learning MMA, somthing very wrong here as we know he is a killer he also mention that somthing happen to him befor the fight but no exuses. so somthing look suspicius and wrong in this fight

Costa was just with stupid game plan he many time was close to him and he never land one shot that's why izzy steel kick him and when i listing to his director walid he said him in first 2 round don't fight just try to not lose energy it's Good but he did it with bad strategy like exposed his face with arms in back! then he get hurt and when costa he feeling like he get hit he Star want engaged after that he get the knockdown if he star from first closing distance like he is doing always it well be different
