Love your podcasts guys! I live in the plastics world. Machine at xx* Fahrenrheit (or celsius)and make certain your customers inspect at the same temperature. It will save you a lot of headaches. We have a C of C that we add to every shipment/packing list that explains this.

There is a Patreon Discord, but honestly it's rather dead, since there aren't that many of us. But there is a general machining discord that is really good.
