Been using this for a few weeks. For anyone reading this, I wish you a productive and beautiful day 🌹 Being an adhd practical teacher is no joke and suffers a lot especially when people around gets everything well done while I still have myself wasting time being stuck in self-doubt. No offense but most Lo-fi and focus music makes me sleepy, but this one actually helped me a lot, like, A LOT. Thousands of thank you can't even express how grateful I really am. Hope everyone reading this can still keep on track for what you're fighting for, and always remember to look up at the sky whenever you have the time. The world is beautiful and so you are.

Hi ADHDcouple, i noticed your channel thanks to this comment. I should to say that your content looks pretty good, however, it is not correct to use a phrase like more than a coincidence because the content I created was primarily to solve my own problem and to be honest, i didn't even research in detail what kind of content there was on KZbin. I appreciate what you did and I will subscribe to you (success should be appreciated). Also if you want i can share with you how i created my description text in my own language, the process visuals and the translation stages and drawings process(unique). If you still really bothered by the situation, you can apply for copyright, i hope you have a nice day

I just searched for 'pomodoro' and a bunch of content came up. To be honest, I would never comment on anyone's video like that. Do you think people who create pomodoro content are copying you? If so, that's really sad because anyone can create whatever content they want here. By the way, I should say that I will be creating more content on this theme

Well 15 minutes with 5 minute breaks isnt really long enough to study or work I suggest using 20 or 25 if your work takes less or use any music app with an alarm to have the same experience

I really appreciate this video! if you plan on making more, would you be able to pick some songs that aren't so distracting sounding? For example, the background vocals(?) starting at 5:51 are pretty loud over the beat. could just be a me issue tho! still, thanks for the video :)
