“Treat yourself as if you were someone that you are responsible for helping. It might not happen today. It might not happen tomorrow. But everything is going to work out.” Happy Monday, I’m so glad that you were diagnosed. It’s good to see that you are in therapy and getting better. I know when you spoke on things that you may have blamed your ex for and it was actually you , it wasn’t done intentionally. You are a beautiful individual and I’m glad that you are sharing your story with us. You are definitely going to help someone else.🙏🏽✌🏽

I found this to be so helpful. My husband has ADHD and the challenges you mentioned I could totally relate. It’s such a shame that there aren’t that many videos on KZbin about relationships particularly Christian marriages and ADHD. My husband was also diagnosed as an adult. Please continue doing videos like this. Really appreciate you ❤

This is the case for a lot of woman so I’m don’t be too scared knowing is so much better than living with it and not getting help. There are many tests you can do online and then go and see a doctor for a formal diagnosis.

Love this👏🏾….Everything you said makes so much sense. The emotional side of ADHD is something I didn’t understand at all and it would frustrate me. I dnt have ADHD myself but it is something I think my son (aged 8) has, for the past 3 weeks I have tried “Lions Mane” it’s a mushroom comes in powder or tinitus form and it has helped with focus so much. Allowing me to create routine and structure at home and school. I am definitely going to look into ADHD counselling too. Thanks again 💜

I do believe in marriage restoration as the bible is against divorce and I am praying your marriage even though I don't know you personally. This was great! Thank you so much for this video, it was so clear and everything you said felt so familiar. I really think I should get tested but I have no idea where to start, I also live in the UK, London but I'm not British. Would be able to speak about the whole process? How do you even get diagnosed? Is it expensive? Sorry for all the questions is just that I'm engaged and I also think he might have ADHD 😅

So there’s a link at the bottom of the page if you click it there are some tests you can take that will give you a quick assessment you can get a private diagnosis costs between £1500-£2000 you can Google that. Or if you can go and see your GP they can give you a referral! X hope that helps

Firstly, strength and guidance to this family. Hopefully, ppl take the info in this video as personal to this young lady. Because apart from a couple of things, some the experiences described sound very common given the circumstances - young, newly weds, new parents, possibly past difficult life experiences, depression, new responsibilities and lack of experience. And maybe lack of guidance and support for some couples. E.g. some new parents must put a routine in place after a new baby so not they could not have done it before but the baby provides that purpose. E.g. some new parents live with their in-laws for support in the first few weeks of having baby. I wonder if she would advise others /thinks it would have helped if there was more guidance from the elders, other family members,? Ppl have to actively support newly weds. If you are struggling in a relationship, with new parenting - please speak to someone, reach out for help from real ppl, join a support group, find fellowship, journal, pray, seek counselling...whatever is for you. Be encouraged that what you're experiencing may be quite 'normal' and no need for any diagnosis. Just some thoughts, again I wish this lady and viewers all the best 🙏

Go on psychiatry uk right to choose and fill in the form and give it to your gp so they can refer you for an assessment, it is a long process however it you want an assessment sooner go private however it’s pricey

@@Cassieamelier I say all this to say … it will get better. Being this way just makes you unique and God’s special creation. This is about to sound extremely weird- I was watching a re-run of Prince Harry and Megan wedding and saw you in and Karl in guest arena. My point is people like us are extremely blessed and will walk on God’s green earth in places we never dreamed of being(not saying that wedding was the be all and end all of life but you get my drift and I’m sure you will resinate). Believe me when I tell you are blessed and highly favoured hence the reason for all your experiences. One day at a time my dear. Great vid. Very informative I hope you don’t mind me asking but do you think there would be a way that you two can reconcile? It sounds like you’re really invested in working and understanding yourself better. Is there a way you both could try a couples therapy session to find ways to understand each other and your diagnosis’s to find ways make the marriage work. I believe that the lord put you both together and this is just a hiccup along the way. But obviously I’m not there with you both behind closed doors so what do I know? Lol Lots of love xx

Praying for you let GOD LEAD YOU AND DO IT ALL FOR YOU IN JESUS NAME “If my daughter Cassandra, which is called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place. For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.” 2 Chronicles 7:14-16 KJV
