Those last 2 statements of yours are wrong. Busenitz Pros are more cheaper on retail and actually comfortable, compared to these. And they're actual skate shoes. These just happen to look like ones. Mentioning that because an actual skater already put these to the test and, they didn't pass. All that bulkiness is just for looks.

Hell yeah go the early 2000s skate shoes. Wide Vans and Circa’s with the skull logo. The Supra Vaders were my entry into sneaker culture. Great video as usual!

What baffles me is, how this isn't under the skateboarding line. This is the most skate shoe skate shoe Adidas has ever brought to the table, ever since Dennis Busenitz got signed. Same with The Adimatic, an archive model that didn't need to come back but it did, but also under the Originals line. We need Christian Flores to get on these ASAP.

I just got these in the white/pink colorway in my mail yesterday and I'm in love with them!! Only the lace system does confuse me. But the look, the fit and everything else is just perfect! "Just go what you regularly go" Allright but... Here's the deal, at least, with me: I've mainly bought Nike my whole life, and this specific model made me reconsider my options before buying. BUT I don't have a clue what size to go. In Nike I've used Janoski's 9.5US, and recently bought 2 AF1's and I've realized that my size in that kind of bulkier shoe it's half down, to 9US. So... Will it happen the same with this Adidas or it's going to be TRUE TRUE to size like with that skiniers Janoski's that I used on 9.5US

Where I grew up in Norway during the 90’s we had platform shoes, then the 2000’s the skate shoes came, then slowly Adidas, Nike, Puma, and Converse took over in 2005+. I loved my platform and skate shoes from Buffalo. Especially the skate shoes. The authentic skater dudes had DC, Osiris, Etnies, ès etc.
