I read somewhere that Lucas Puig doesnt like any cushioning in his shoes, he skates without insoles because he wants all the boardfeel. Would make sense for the shoes to be the way he likes it.

i like the kalis vulc , nice board feel , grips well , treads worn down quicker than average,but when treads are all gone, it still has some thickness on the bottom. down sides are not so much impact protection(FP insole can solve the problem) and heel/ tongue padding a little bit to thin. and after break in it, it never feels too squishy

and if you flick your heel flip with heel, the stitching may explode i guess. i had this problem with infinite s (same stitching on the heel), but i flick with ollie side of the shoe now

the first puig shoe broke along the mesh at the side in like a couple days for me. And then the adituff rubber shot out the hole that made but this shoe seems to be a lot better

The Lucas Premiere was not Lucas' first pro shoe for Adidas. It was his second. This is his third model with Adidas.

Great review as always bro! Two of my friends got em but I wasn't lucky. The shoe actually holds up well they said and that hidden laces design should be a standard for all skate shoes to avoid early lace tear. Also we always change the insoles and use Footprint.😎💪👍🙌🤟👌✌

I just bought this and it doesn’t hold on foot really well. Just by merely walking with this shoe like it easily slips out on the heel part. Not sure if I need to wear thick socks just not to slip out of my foot.

Just got mine today (they've arrived on a rainy day) so I'm saving wear for another time. The only thing I'm not a massive fan of (considering Adidas' previous line of) is the tongue on this shoe. The Busenitz shoe line, the '3st.00' line and even the '3MC' shoe line (as well as almost any other adidas shoe I've had) have really cool tonuges. Some of them, you can even trim off (or fold) for added effect. The Puig 2's though.. Feels like cardboard in comparison It should be padded, even just a little bit for any tech shoe. Apart from that n the laces, i can't wait to skate these!

Haha yeah I feel you. The thing is if you’re used to skateboarding shoes then you will probably like those tongues on skate shoes more but if you have ever played soccer and remember what that soccer cleats felt like then you will notice that familiar feeling with this shoe. I literally think that they need a soccer cleats into a skate shoe and I honestly think it made a really good tech shoe.

@@christianflores I'm a fan of both freestyle football and freestyle skating, this was a brilliant investment, albeit the £85 pricetag. After watching your weartest on the Puig 2, I had to buy them. I'm a vintage Adidas fiend and so these to go with my minute adi shoe collection was a must! Thank you for your response and videos! Pleaae show more graphs!!
