The UltraBoost is a better lifestyle sneaker as well as a decent running trainer given the superior cushion. The Pureboost is a better shoe for serious running, not a bad lifestyle sneaker. Having said that, there are far better running sneakers from Adidas. If you need a serious runner, you can go with the Adizero series picking the one suitable for your race distance (Sub2, Adios, Prime, Boston).

They work essentially the same for me. As said in the video, the difference in Boost is really close to being unnoticed since they're both hell of a lot better than NMD's boost. I own both UBs and PBs and trust me, the boost feeling is super near identical The difference is the upper (primeknit vs circleknit) in which the Ultraboost is more breathable and durable. And also the outsole (Continental rubber vs normal rubber) where the continental rubber will clearly last a lot longer than usual rubber used for outsoles. Though the Ultraboost is clearly geared towards running and marathons, most people (if not all) prefer to use it as a lifestyle shoe cause let's face it; no one wants to beat up a $200 pair of runners. Personally, my UBs are part of my regular rotation while PBs are for beaters purposes (When I go to the gym, walks, etc.) but if you are looking for running shoes, try the alphabounce.

Michael Dizon they actually make some pretty sweet color ways for pure boost. I have a pair that is pink and black on top with a black boost. I like pureboost better. Anyway that color way was more expensive because it was more rare and was the same price as the ultra boost

Yes surely ultraboost is more comfortable, but pureboost itself is very underrated. Many stores have 30% discount on pureboost, no shoes will beat pureboost in that price

I have both pureboost and ultraboost, yes ,aesthetics wise , ultraboost is far superior. but for comfort?for me , ub seems to be too bouncy for my liking, and having a wider feet, pure boost is my go to sneakers for long walking sessions , its way more comfortable for me.

The ultraboost is primarily made for running. Most people just use it for lifestyle. You would only fully appreciate the ultraboost after you put enough mileage on it by running.

Ultraboost, but go for the retro v1s or v2s. Mas snug fit sya kesa v3. Only problem with boost sneakers is the yellowing midsole over time but a good repaint or sneakerpen would last you months of usage. Would cost you 1.5-2k. And never spill gas or step on hot surfaces on your boost, it will turn to marshmallows

Eto opinion ko. The Ultraboost is an investment it is durable, more comfortable, and of course its a trend and very stylish. The Pureboost is a budget model it is comfy yes because of boost, and very stylish. Also it depends on the person's preference and Boost is Boost

Lance Urbano To be honest, I don't consider the pureboost a budget model anymore, it's the sneaker that introduced boost into running shoes and it's up there among the epic reacts and the HOVR Phantoms, especially considering all 3 are priced similarly last i checked.

I wouldve loved the multi color cw of the UB V2s to have a black heel counter instead of red. Haha. I think the color blocking woulve been so much sicker that way. There was already alot happening with the stitching upfront that I wish the back didnt have that bright red popping on the heel bur thats just a nitpick of mine. In terms of tech, UBs are on top of the boost food chain. The pureboost only has its price going for it, but id rather save up for the UBs instead..... which I actually did. 😅 and man, No regrets here. All white nga lang yung akin with hints of gray sa primeknit. (Goodluck sakin this rainy season) 😅 The burrito tongue the PB has is just weird (to me) plus im a fan of traditional lacing compared to the way the lace set up the PBs had. So bottomline if you wanna own a boost shoe, might as well save up for the UBs first. 😎👌 Great review sir.

Sulit talaga pagbili ng Ultra Boost, tama si sir Carlo, delayed gratification is the key. On my case,pinagipunan ko tlga yung first UB ko tapos nung nasuot ko na, aun napabili uli ako ng isang UB with different colorway. Style wise, comfort wise, durability wise sulit ang UB. Pero syempre maganda din naman ang PureBoost, wala din akong masabi sa value for money na makukuha sa kanya lalo na sa PB Go.

Got my first Boost shoe, a Pure Boost from Marikina Outlet store because of this KZbin channel. I found a color i really like in the only size they have. The only thing asdie from the price that i don't like about the Ultraboost is the fakes are all over the place which ruins it for me. We pay almost 10 G's for the real one then you see a hype beast wearing a 1k ultraboost. So basically im as athletic as a piece of rock so looks like Pureboost will do it for me. Also dropped by Nike, really really have no intention or interest to get anything from Nike... But then they have this AM180 retro. Anything that reminds me of my childhood just tugs the heart and triggers that nostalgic feeling to wanting to get my childhood back ( M. A. S. K and Dino riders toys included haha) so lets see if its still there when i get back. This is a great and very informative channel, but for a kid who grew up lovin reebok pumps and airmaxes who put it all behind him... This channel is like a key to opening that closed door all over again. More power sir Carlo

The pure boosts circa knit is actually more breathable and the out sole the rubber is thicker on the pure boost and the circle pattern on the rubber is bigger so it means the pure boost is more durable , breathable and the pure boost is friendly to people with flat feet and wide feet because of the wide toe box and the arch support on the inside.

The ultraboost upper material is much better. Regarding the boost, only an athlete can only determine the difference. For normal use, it's just the same feel.

My opinion (budgeted sneaker head haha) I always disregarding WHITE BOOST, mainly dahil dumihin sya and pag tumagal mag yeyellowish sya, so pag medyo pricy ang bibilihin kong sneaker, mainly looking for black mid sole, sobrang low maintenance lang niya pag dating sa cleaning at specially kagaya dito sa pinas hindi siya hassle gamitin kahit matapak tapakan at sobrang alikabok, still looks pogi pag uwi mo ng bahay konting punas lng suave na ulit! :)

Both dont have hanging tongue part...in some people just like me...the top of the feet will be very uncomfortable even if it's loosely tied...that's my experience with the ultraboost...

my dreamshoes is the ultraboost triple white pero pureboost ang na cop ko among the boost model becoz it is made for people with wide feet. unlike the ultraboost, ultraboost uncage, nmd and pureboost go which is narrower, i have to go 1 size up bcoz i have a wide feet. mukha akong mcdo noong sinukat ko un iba kaya un pureboost ang na cop ko kasi pang pure boost ang pa ko 😅

may UB v2 shockmint ako.. too mushy. great kicks tho and i love it. nag cop ako ng pureboost zg trainer. nag-unchange ako ng konti dahil masikip sa toebox dahil sa support band niya sakto lang yung lambot. next ko na cop nmd xr1 pk, same feel ng UB, sakto lang din yung lambot niya. then for my running shoes, revenge boost naman... great foot support during running di nga lang maysadong malambot due to running discipline. so in short , mushy/lambot rating 1 UB, 2 NMD 3 pureboost 4 revenge boost.

For me. Pureboost: very bouncy and responsive. May cause foot fatique for whole day walk. Ultraboost: Much better cushion. Doesn't cause fatique even for whole day walk.
