My crew for when I did UTMB was the best. Such a sacrifice to help me achieve my crazy dream. What a bunch of heroes. Crews are the most selfless people out there, tons of work with no recognition. There is no greater friend in life than one who will crew you. Great video!

I think you should clarify that many of the crew guys are the partners of the runners, so of course they know them well and can help them perhaps a bit extra. A random guy who doesn`t know this people would take a very "neutral" approach which can also be good but does no go into the small details. Communication can be really difficult in high stress situations so its a big plus to know what are the going through...

UTMB isn't a participation trophy. To run, you have to qualify. To qualify, you have to have the talent, but also a family/team behind you to support you.
