Gotta disagree with you on the doubling a soft 20, most of the time it makes more sense to take the 20 which is statistically favorable in a win vs losing double your money because you got a 5 or 6. Also could affect the shoe if you believe in that.

the difference with doubling a 10 and a soft 20 is that you can only improve your hand with a 10. most of the time when you double a soft 20, you will make your hand worse.
