Adin’a having a tough time saying that basically putting your mental and physical health first and before anything else with open so many doors and make all your current and future endeavors much more successful. Working out daily and intense workouts take so much mental discipline and motivation. It’s a good message to preach. Especially with his audience being a bunch of kids. He’s a conduit to make people healthier. Which makes society better.
