@@wolfmember2933 It's good to remember that he used handles to do the pushups which even out the lack of motion. Not perfect but still impressive. Doesn't help anybody to get upset by someone's form over the internet.

Half push-up is a calisthenics exercise that primarily targets the chest and to a lesser degree also targets the abs, lower back, shoulders and triceps. Half push ups are way more exhausting and way harder.
