@@kaded_ wieght lifting is more about looks and ego than actual athletic performance. Obviously everyone needs some strength training but I don't think wieght are a good to use all the time. Unless you wanna make certain muscle groups giant to look good. But it puts you at a disadvantage physically because certain muscles are nowhere near as strong as the one you target with static lifts to get big

I'd be too in my head about all I could have done...Mike says my potential is here (points 10' off th ground) and I'm here (points 3' off th ground) This whole vid screams at me. I love my life. I have SO damn much more potential. (Currently remodeling...taking out garden tub putting in new tile and jetted tub. But wait, th lake is 1.9 mi away and I still have 34min of mike & andrew...)

I'll be honest...I didn't know who Andrew Tate was before this video. But my word, genuinely, what a great video. He might come across a bit arrogant but he can back it up. I’m impressed too. I’m a Lifelong professional athlete and coach too and noticed how talented Tate is at teaching/coaching. It didn’t hurt that he used the same explanation of how instinct works against you in his sport as it also does in mine.

I train mma and Tate is the REAL DEAL w the striking. I would love to learn from him. His boxing instruction was phenomenal, and so effective, everything he tought Mike was with purpose and practicality. Side note, you’ve probably gathered that you wouldn’t want to get punched by Tate but what you may not realize is that he can kick about 3x harder than any human being could ever punch. If he kicked you in the leg, there’s a good chance of you not walking for 6-8 weeks, bc he can break even your biggest bones with those kicks. You wouldn’t believe it.

I've been in martial arts for a few years, served in the military, taught soldiers, and am an instructor for some courses. Tate's advise comes from his fight experiences and his winning titles, but the real winner is he teaches it so damn well. I'd want him as my boxing coach

I also remember a quote from movie Joker, when Jason says that he lies a lot, and that is exactly what Tate does. Mike was seriously challenging Andrew here. In pounds, they went straight from the 45lb. bar to 205 for eight. Then 225 for eight, 255 for six and finally 275 for four. I was a NASM certified personal trainer for a couple years in a past life, and I just want to say that *very* few dudes under 200lbs. can bench 275 for a single rep much less for half a dozen clean reps. Andrew is strong as hell. I guarantee Mike will remember this workout for a long time.

When I was doing a lot of boxing training (tons of cardio and repetition with no weights,) I improved my bench by like 30 pounds in 4 months. I was doing 195 max's despite not touching the bench press. A punch is very similar to a bench press. It's kinda like farmer strength. A ton of strength built up over years.

As someone getting into kickboxing for 6 months as a beginner and going to a fight gym classes, his breakdown on boxing alone makes so much sense, more so than anything else I've ever watched or been told

Me too a month into muy Thai and what he's said is a better breakdown and clearer than anything I've been been told even when I did boxing for a few months in the past.
