I didn't study in Birmingham, or UK so i am not the best person to advise you schools. Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, are good places to live in and good schools as well from my point of view. These are obviously the suburbs, but close enough to Birmingham. Personal I lived in Erdington and I enjoyed it.

DragonHunter definitely Solihull, it's 15min away from Birmingham but it is very safe and it has everything you need!

Sutton Coldfield is a nice place as well as mosely/harbourne however very expensive.

Adi Seres Try Cleveland, Ohio, USA...last winter we reached 3 F (-16 C) and it snows a lot in the winter. But on Tuesday it's gonna be 95 F (35 C). The northern US states get BOTH extremes. Hehe 😂
