Aditi is an outstanding classical Kathak dancer. She is also a very creative and inspiring choreographer who has incorporated J. Krishnamurti's teachings in a subtle and sensitive way to make us think about the serious issues facing mankind today. I have been fortunate enough to watch her recently at the Tagore festival in Dartington as well as in London and look forward to the Cadogan Hall performance.

I never saw JK as any spiritual teacher or guru or as any preacher of any doctrine or method. I don't think he was even implying that there was some realm beyond the physical world that we should somehow get in touch with. He inspired me to be completely connected to what is. The state of observation, the highest form of intelligence. See - act. We are drifting so far away from that in our society which conducts most of it's actions based on illusion. We need another speaker like Krishnamurti. JK had more of an effect on me than any other teacher or speaker. The strangest thing is he died before I even new about him. Thank goodness for the Internet which is how I discovered JK.
