Jakarta / ( jakartda).🤦‍♀️ those people who don’t know how to pronounce / ( bule ) . Karena Jakarta itu milik kita, ( Indonesia ) gak ada Inggrs nya . Mereka ( asing) yg tak bisa ngucapin “ Jakarta “ that’s why “ Jakartda” . So,,, why you have to follow them ??🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

It’s not incorrect pronunciation, just a different variant. Just like how we pronounce “America” different to Americans themselves. And it’s in a completely different accent. It’s difficult to suddenly swap your accent in the middle of a speech; he would have ruined the flow just for one word, and in my opinion it’s not worth it.

to be completely honest i think its fine cause even you would pronounce indonesia in english as in indoneesia (the e is read as i) its basically the same
