First off thank you so much for providing us with such valuable guidance sir! Truly a beacon of hope and clarity I know it might be too much to ask but could u kindly make a file with marked important modules in marrow or module number mentioned in each subject just like u did with the pediatrics example in the video Despite doing pyq and identifying the modules it still feels like having missed out on something cause of fomo or quite frankly a lack of self confidence in ones own judgement. If it comes from your experience and insight that reassurance will help focus energies better towards those modules It's definitely asking for much but kindly consider if possible.

Sir what do you think about "zero notes" method. There are lots of evidence backed researches which tells that notes making and highlighting is one of the low yielding and passive learning method. Active recall and spaced repetition is yards ahead. Many people from AIIMS use solely anki for revision. There are premade decks available for NEET PG/INICET. What are your views on that?

Highlighting is very low yield. Using premade notes is low yield. Making your own notes and concising them is the ‘ACTIVE’ process! Add a touch of MCQ/GT solving and voila - you’re in top 1K.

These own notes when made by your own hand then revised with spaced repetition is the key! Solving MCQs before reading them is active recall!

Good Evening Sir Sir i have a doubt not related to the video but towards physiology of lungs sir as a baby is born one teacher said that the pleural membranes strech creating negative pressure and air rushes inside after birth and this air is called residual air and lungs now expand with thoracic chamber and breathing is done also as a result crying sensation is generated and he said that the pleural membranes cant strech after that .. one teacher said (whom i asked my doubt) that the pleural membranes strech every time as we breathe sir if possible pls explain it would be extremely helpful.. im sorry to disturb you sir Regards 🙏🏻
