@@Polish-Phoenician very good detail, you just forgot 1 small thing. Due to global warming, the penguins in the Antarctic empire desire expansion to save them. Then the Antarctic Empire expand into Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Argentina and Chile (southern countries in the world). Then the world forms a coalition and lose, making the Antarctic federation a world federation (except for Switzerland, which is fine)
