Adjusting and Slowing Down

Steve is one of the safer characters to use, but I have a habit of being random at times when playing him. This Panda player came along and pretty much had me steamrolled the first game. During the first few moments of the second match, I was reminded using his Jab and D+F 1 are simple but effective ways to fish for information. The other? Blocking hits that leave significant stun. Additionally I learned the Panda player was also using jab to stop some forward progress, which helped in getting more info.
This was a good eye opener for me - learning to slow my pace and use essential tools to cut down my opponents life was much better then throwing haymakers and hail Marys. Now I just have to keep doing this.
