Absolutely. You can add your own domain name via the Microsoft 365 admin centre or the Microsoft Entra ID admin centre, typically in settings and domains. It’s very simple to do. For more details you can also visit learn.microsoft.com

Hi Andy, Thank you so much !! It would be great if you could answer my question, in fact, my inquiry has two parts. My first question is how can I find out accounts in outlook in multiple languages including English and Arabic? In the second part, I would like to know if I select any account how can I make it not shown in the dropdown list again in the same e-mail to avoid repeating the same account again?

Thanks for the question. Actually Outlook comes in only 1 language. English. However, it like most other Microsoft applications come with language packs that allow you to select your language based on your profile. To hid a mailbox from from a GAL (Global Address List) simply click the hide from address list in the mailbox properties in Exchange Online. I hope this helps and thanks for reaching out :-)

@@anabeebgrp3773 Hi thanks for your question. To my knowledge this cannot be done in exchange online. You can hide individual mailboxes, users and groups from the global address list. But you cannot hide the global address list completely.

I am follower of your KZbin page which is very helpful but I am countering issue with one Destination whomever sending message from our side all emails are bouncing back for clarification I attached the reply came to me which is related to outgoing email scan causing my mail server to be blocked , how I can change my MX record in accordance with Outlook default and removing Cloudfilter interference

I create new user on hybrid which gets updated on on-prem AD, if i convert their mailbox to shared mailbox i do this on Exchange admin, also i then remove their O365 license off from AD. Is that what you guys also do in the comments?

Shared mailboxes have specific requirements I would check out learn.microsoft.com for more details.

Hello Andy, Could we control legacy apps with Conditional Access in Azure Active Directory with P1 License? And Could enabling default security in the free AAD block these legacy apps and not worry about disabling them for per user in the admin center? Thank you.

Hi Guled. Short answer is yes with the P1 licence, but no with the free licence. Hmmm that said if they were a guest you do a guest profile, so i guess that would work :-)

In Active Directory you would use Organisational Units to configure a hierarchy. In 365 you could always use Teams or 365 Groups for organisation purposes.

In Outlook. Navigate to your calendar. Click the 3 dots ... choose sharing & permissions. Your good to go :-)
