Truly horrible what happened to that adorable colt and his gorgeous father. Admiral and Climbs High never deserved that kind of death. An honest mistake of a perfectly able driver is one thing, but a drunk driver? That is absolutely unacceptable. It's more than enough to take the life of one mustang- but two? A growing yearling and a brave lead stallion have been lost thanks to the irresponsibility of one person. A mare lost her son, a herd lost their leader. Truly horrible. Wonderful video

There is no more beautiful tribute than showing these animals- nature's finest handiwork, living their lives naturally. Thank you, Ginger. This must have been hard for you to put together. Your heart is as strong as the wild horses you love.

How very touching the story and the video about Climbs High and Admiral! I will saw a prayer for them now in Horse Heaven beyond worldy cares. We must continue to fend for their right to live with dignity and respect and in freedom in their rightful habitats here in North America. They so belong here and are a restoring and healing presence.

This is a lovely video. Such a tragedy the then foal, Climbs High & his Father, Admiral, died at the hands of a drunken driver. I hope that man gets a long sentence.

I was heartbroken when i heard the news..I always looked forward to seeing Admiral when entering the Range..I was lucky enough to see and take photos of Seneca and Climbs High. Even watching this video brought me to tears..such a shame to lose a beautiful father and son in such a manner..

I was there only 2days after these horses were killed. When we entered the reserved his two mares, And Clime High's mother were still standing alongside the road at the site. I took a picture of them, it's on display at the center.

I was very angry when I heard about what happened to Admiral and his son Climbs High. I wish I could've seen them before their lives ended and I really wanted to be there on the day Climbs High was born. They're in a better place right now and they're with the Pryor mustangs who had died. Rest in peace Admiral and Climbs High

This is very sad indeed. Such a needless tragedy put upon these beautiful horses. I have emailed the Big Horn National Recreation Area to endorse better and more prominent signage, although I doubt it would deter a drunk driver already unaware of his surroundings. Hopefully, the perpetrator is not allowed to get away with a slap on the wrist. Drunk driving should always be punished severely.

This is beatifully done, Ginger. Why can't people just let the horses be. We torture them in so many ways. It embarasses me to be a human some days. At least they will never have to suffer at the hands of the BLM. :( Thank you for bringing me so close to these wonderful animals. Melanie

Did you know that many of these horses that are rounded up, end up in abusive rodeo's like the Cheyenne?, Cheryl Crow claims to love horses, yet she supports rodeo's that abuse horses, like the Cheyenne, the money she was paid to her by Cheyenne, the same money you guy excepted, is Cheyenne horse abusers blood money, you guys did a good job brushing off this issue and ignoring it, kinda makes me wonder what you guys care about more? Horses, or the money?
